Day 15 Phase 2 HcG/ Personal Experience

Day 15 Phase 2 HcG:


 How frustrating! I woke up this-morning and weighed about 2 pounds MORE than yesterday. What is going on with that I wonder? I mean that is allot of weight to gain when it takes you on average 2 or 3 days to lose it. Oh well, I suppose I will stick to this diet and see how it pans out in the end. I have not starved this long to just stop. I will likely go another round too. It looks like an apple day for me.


Day 15 weight:

154.0

Breakfast:

Lunch:

Day 14 Phase 2 HcG Diet/ Personal Experience

Day 14 Phase 2 HcG:

I woke up this morning and weight 152 pounds. It looks like I have gained 2 ounces since yesterday. This diet can get a little frustrating when I compare my results to that of other people. I have not lost as much in comparison to other people on this diet. On the same side of the coin on other diets it may have taken me a couple of months to lose the weight that I have lost already.

Day 14 weight:

Day 13 Phase 2 HcG/ Personal Experience

Day 13 Phase 2 HcG:

I woke up this-morning and weighed in at 151.8 pounds. I have been thinking that I may complete 1 more phase of this diet when it is over. My logic is that I already came this far on it, why not complete it and get rid of all the weight that I set out to get rid of? I am considering going on another round, and I am looking foward to my load days! HAHA, I must be deprived. Oh, well... This weight just crept up over the last couple of years as a result of my bad choices with food. I was surprised with my weight when I started this diet, because I used to be the type to not allow myself to go over 5 pounds of my ideal weight. I stopped paying attention, started munching on junk, and boom! I am glad that this diet is causing weight loss so quickly in comparison to other diets. I am also glad that I started to do this diet when I did and not waited a couple more years.

Day 12 Phase 2 HcG diet/ Personal Experience

Day 12 Phase 2 HcG:

I woke up this morning and weighed myself at 152.6 pounds. I had grilled chicken breast for lunch. I have been eating allot of chicken lately. I decided to have a sirloin steak tonight, and it was not too bad at all. I hope to start losing weight as fast as I have read about others loosing weight. However, I have also read that the weight you drop in your first week is the fastest you will see weight loss with this diet. I will see. We are on the 12th day, the second week is almost up. I feel that my weight loss in the first week was slow in compassion. Part of that slow weight loss could have been because it was my time of the month too. IDK...

Day 11 Phase 2 HcG Diet/ Personal Experience


Day 11 Phase 2 HcG:

I woke up this-morning and weighed in at 154.0 pounds. It looks like I lost 4 ounces since yesterday. I have been full of energy today, I felt pretty good too. I just had a real strong sweet tooth and had to fix it. I did not cheat. I also did not eat my fruit until dinner, I pureed some strawberries and stevia and poured it over 3 1/2 ounces of sliced strawberries for desert. It tasted like strawberry shortcake, without the cake.

154.0

Day 10 Phase 2 HcG Diet/ Personal Experience

Day 10 Phase 2 HcG:

I woke up this-morning and weighed in at 154.8 pounds. It looks like I gained 4 ounces since yesterday. I thought that it could be because I had a cheat day when I ate the slice of pizza. I read somewhere if you do have a cheat day while you are on the HcG diet, it can affect your weight for up to 3 days afterward.

I am hoping that the four ounces gained was related to my monthly which also started this-morning, instead of the cheat day because I would rather gain water weight instead of fat.
  
Day 10 weight:

154.8

Breakfast:

1 Rockstar Roasted Light coffee (a big no-no, it has dairy)

Lunch:

Snack:

10 grissini bread-sticks

Dinner:


3 1/2 ounces of grilled chicken breast
3 1/2 ounces of cucumber

Day 9 Phase 2 HcG Diet/ Personal Experience

Day 9 Phase 2 HcG:
I woke up this morning and weight in at 154.4. I actually lost a little bit after eating that pizza last night! Well, I will not cheat on the diet again.

I can't believe that I have been on this diet for 9 days! I only have about 12 more days left. Wow! People say at this phase in the diet, people will lose the majority of weight in the 2nd phase on week one! After week one the weight loss is suppose to slow down. I am going to have to see if it actually does slow down.

I have read numerous boards about this diet, and most people lose a ton of weight in the first week. A TON more than I have lost. I think in my first week I had lost something close to 4 pounds. If my weight loss does not accelerate as fast as it does for other people, I may be a tad disappointed.

I see a common weight loss in the boards to be anywhere from 10-12 pounds in the first week on HcG injections for most females. I have not come close to that in comparison my first week.

Anyways, this is the second week of the diet. I suppose I need to forget about the first week, and just work hard this week. It was not like I cheated (well, yesterday I did when I had that slice of pizza), but that was this week, the second week.
